Most residential installations are completed within 48–72 hours of order confirmation. Business and corporate installations may take 5–7 business days depending on site survey requirements.
Is there a data cap on my plan?
No. All EcoFiberX plans are unlimited — no throttling, no soft caps, no fair use penalties. You get the speed you pay for, all month long.
What do I do if my internet goes down?

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes — plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
