A Reseller refers individual customers and earns commissions under the EcoFiberX brand. A Partner operates a full white-label sub-brand — their own logo, colours, company name, and isolated customer pool — essentially running their own ISP business powered by EcoFiberX infrastructure.
What can I customise under my brand?
Your logo, primary and secondary brand colours, the company name shown on your customer portal, the 'from' name on email notifications, and the sender ID on SMS messages sent to your customers.
Can my customers see that EcoFiberX powers my service?
No. Your customers interact entirely with your brand. EcoFiberX branding is completely hidden from your customer-facing portal and communications.
Can I suspend customers in my tenant?
Yes. Partner accounts can suspend any customer in their tenant — for violations, outstanding issues, or temporary blocks. To reinstate a suspended customer, contact the EcoFiberX admin.
How does commission work for Partners?
Every time a customer in your tenant makes a payment, your commission percentage is calculated and recorded automatically. Commissions are marked pending and paid out when the EcoFiberX admin processes your payout cycle.
